I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
One of the easiest/dumbest interviews ever. I applied online and was called for an interview the next day. I was interviewed twice by two different people and both interviews took like 5-10 minutes each. One was by a Team Lead then by the ETL (Assistant Store Manager basically) They repeated questions which was a waste of time/money in my opinion but whatever. They hired me on the spot and I had to take a drug test.

Question 1
I was literally asked
We have a policy of automatically changing prices without question as long as it is within $20 of the price it rings up as. With that said, if the guest argues the price of this stapler and it is $10 less that what it scans for what would you do.
I don't know if they guy liked me so much that he was basically giving me the answer but if not this is a perfect example of the caliber employee working at your friendly Target.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
