Interview
There were three rounds of interviews. The first was a group interview, the second was with a GTL and the second was with an LOD. All the questions were very standard, and even with limited experience, easy to answer. After the interview, they required a drug test from the interviewee.

Question 1
How have you dealt with conflict in the past and how did you resolve that conflict?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
