I applied online. A few days later, I was called for an interview. Typical customer service questions and personality questions were asked. There were 2 interviews. The first was with the department manager. The next was with the security manager. After the interviews, I signed a conditional contract. The whole process took a little over an hour.

Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer? What did you do?
It was a very easy and simple interview process. I did a virtual interview where I was able to record myself answering the given questions. The software that the interview was on had no issues with connection and was easy to navigate.
