Basic questions about life, asked to give stories of personal experience dealing with situations in the past, multiple interviews all asking the same basic questions, one of my interviews that was supposed to be with the head of HR ended up being with some store team leader, which he repeated all the same questions as the two phone interviews

Question 1
Give an example of when you had to work with a group on something
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
