During the Target interview, I met with Sarah, the HR manager, who welcomed me warmly and initiated the conversation with a brief icebreaker. After sharing my background and my genuine interest in joining the company, Sarah posed questions related to my customer service experience and how I would handle various customer-related situations. I provided examples of my ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. When asked about my availability, I affirmed my flexibility regarding shifts. Towards the end of the interview, I asked a few questions about the store culture and potential for career growth. The interview concluded with a positive note, and I sent a thank-you email afterward to express my gratitude and enthusiasm for the opportunity to join the Target team.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
