Interview
It was simple and very professional. However, the waiting part was very disappointing. I waited for half an hour for a manager to be reached in order to interview me. After meeting with her and speaking for about ten minutes, i was taken to a room to wait another ten minutes to talk to another manager where she interviewed me for about five minutes before deciding she liked me and hired me.

Question 1
Q: Are you comfortable with suggesting a guest to sign up for one of our Target Red Cards?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
