Interview
met with two different managers and they basically just went over my resume in detail. They asked me some tech questions. The focus seemed to be on customer service handling and how I would handle different scenarios. Schedule flexibility and recapping of my prior customer service register handling experience.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
