Interview
I also had a phone interview first and it was simple as well. Easy and straightforward interview. They ask behavioral question and analyze your response. I was interviewed with 2 people on the same day then got the job. They asked simple question, not much preparation needed but you definitely need to be ready to respond and be confident.
I had Two different interviews that were more focused on describing different customer service situations or scenarios. These were typical retail job interview questions and both interviews were able to be conducted in the same day.
