I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Mar 2011
Interview
Applied online, contacted a few weeks later to come in for an interview a week after that. Did that computer personality test. Waited around for an interviewer. She asked the typical "tell me about a time when..." questions from a script then sent the second interviewer in. I don't understand the good cop bad cop routine. The second guy was the bad cop. I gave him all the same answers the first interviewer liked, but he literally rolled his eyes at my answers, and looked at other things in his little script and ignored what I said then made me repeat myself. Then he lectured me saying "I'm really nice" but I should have applied earlier and I won't even be considered for the position (I live on campus and go home in the summer when there are no classes) since I won't be available for ninety straight days. I told him I did apply earlier. "Oh." But really what's up with that good cop bad cop thing?

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you were frustrated with someone and how you handled it?
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
