-Applied and they called 2 days later [ if you don't hear from them in 48-72 hours then you didn't pass the screening process and will have to apply again in 60 days or they moved your application to your next location and the same 48-72 hour rule applies. I used to work HR there]
-3 interviews [If you make is past the first one then you're basically hired]
-STAR [Situation Task Action Response] questions
-Background Check then they call you back with an orientation date if it cleared

Question 1
Describe a difficult time you had with another coworker
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
