Interview
it was a breeze. i was interviewed by one of the managers (assets protection to be specific). he clearly liked me, and passed my notes along to another manager (front end) and i had a second interview. she liked me as well, so i was taken to meet the store team leader (general manager) and i was offered the job on the spot.

Question 1
examples of a time that you compromised with someone you disagreed with, a time you went to authority to help solve a problem, etc. the basic stuff.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
