I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Sydney) in Nov 2014
Interview
It was a one-on-one interview with the manager of the store, got asked all the typical interview questions starting with "tell me about yourself", "what job experience do you have", and depending on your answer they might ask follow up questions.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
