I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Bellevue, NE) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a phone call type interview. They asked all their questions about availability, yourself, and what not, then after that they either tell you right then or get back with you to let you know if they are going to go ahead and move forward with you or not. After that you set up your orientation date.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Liberty, MO) in Feb 2024
Interview
I applied online, completed the assessment, and then received an email to do Hirevue-video recording interview of 6 questions. I got a call 2 days later from the store manager wanting to ask me a few questions about the job, I wasn't able to answer the phone when she called so she left me a message. I called the store, I was told the manager left for the rest of the day. Then I called again a day later, I was transferred like 5 times, on the 5th time, I was put on hold for 3 minutes then it got disconnected. Unprofessional and couldn't even get a hold of the manager and team members did nothing. No clue if the manager was even in or not considering the amount of times I was transferred.

Question 1
What would you do if you saw a guest that needed assistance?
Smooth and easy interview process. The manager was clear and straightforward about what to expect and what the pay was going to be. Asked mainly behavioral questions and spent some time getting to know me.
