Started with a video interview with provided questions and then there was an in-person interview. Very thorough questions and was very easy to follow along for the video interview. You had time to practice your answers and the software allowed you to retake your responses.

Tell me about yourself and why you want to work here
I initially applied online and shortly after received a link to complete a video interview that included a series of prompts. A few days after submitting the video responses, I was contacted by the hiring manager for the next steps in the process.
The online interview had about 3-4 questions that you can film 2-3 times. It took 2 minutes to answer each question. You get 90 minutes to read the prompt and think about your response before you film your response.
