Found out about Target through a county career center and went in to fill out an application and they were giving on the spot interviews. They invited some people to come in to the store for an interview later on. I went into the store for my interview and it was actually two interviews but they were only four questions each.
The best advice I could give is to study the questions on this site. It is extremely helpful. It is always good to be prepared for an interview so read the questions on here and rehearse the answers in your head so you are ready and don't have the long pauses which looks bad. Even if you don't get asked the exact same questions on here some of the questions are similar so you can use an answer you already have prepared and change it up a little bit. GOOD LUCK!

Describe a time you made a mistake and what you did about it.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
