Interview
They were very kind, though the interview started late. Honestly, I think they forgot about me. They asked me a few basic questions, like if I felt comfortable selling Red cards, their credit & debit cards. They asked how I would handle a variety of situations I would encounter on the job, nothing too difficult. They also asked me about my availability and how long I planned on working there.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
