I had to virtually interview for target, they only gave me 2 minutes to prep for the question before needing to answer. I had to answer a total of 5 video responses and I got 3 redos for each video response.

If I notice a guest on the sale floor needing help, how would I proceed?
the interview was quick and easy, they did two rounds of interviews and I was hired within two weeks of the inital interview. As long as you do abit of research it won't be difficult
The interview process was extremely straight forward, they asked me some situational questions along with questions specifically about my experience in related industries. It was relaxed and my interviewer was very pleasant.
