I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Saint Cloud, MN) in Aug 2022
Interview
Virtual and very easy! You were given the questions and a few seconds to prepare, and then you recorded your answer. The questions were good and precise - What you would expect for an online interview. There was no conversation, just recorded answers.
Filled out initial application and then got sent an online hirevue which had around 6 questions. The hirevue gave some time to prepare each answer and you could retake the answer a couple of times.
