Interview
Target’s interview process typically includes an online application, followed by a phone screening to assess basic qualifications. Next, candidates participate in one or more in-person or virtual interviews, focusing on behavioral and situational questions. The process evaluates customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Final offers follow background checks.
3 interviews - All with different people. Interviews were virtual. Questions were straightforward and there was opportunity to ask questions. Wasn’t clear on next steps and there was a lot of time between interviews
interview was online with questions you can easily find around. They were pretty basic questions and you need to submit a video of yourself answering each one. You can practice beforehand answering questions to get the wording down before you start the actual interview. Not too difficult just annoying trying to find a spot for the camera.

Someone reached out, but I never heard back to schedule. Application process itself was easy and streamlined. Tok about thirty minutes. would have loved to have heard back from someone to actually schedule.
