Interview
I got called on the phone to set up an in store interview.
The day of, I was asked to take a quick survey/test. I was then interviewed by one of the managers in a side room. It was basic questions. I was then interviewed by a higher up manager. Same kind of questions.
After waiting a bit after both interviews, the hiring manager came out and offered my the position.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Strengths/weaknesses. Past experience.
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
