Applied in the store after some employees I knew had told me they were hiring. I applied, and soon after, they contacted me for an interview. I was interviewed by a couple of different people who asked me basic questions like what I would do in certain situations, how I could relate past experiences, what I intend to do with my life, if I was willing to do certain things, and finally told me all that would be expected of me if I were to get the job. A little later, they called me back and I was allowed to accept the offer, but I'd have to go take a drug test withing 24 hrs before I'd be offered the position officially. A week later, I had orientation, a week after that, I was training. Overall, everyone was really nice and treated me like a guest, not a piece of crap kid who was going to make work harder for them. The interviewers helped prompt me if I got stuck or couldn't think of what to say. Even while I was waiting by the employee lockers to get called back to the interviews, team members walked by and smiled or stopped to talk to me and wished me luck. Great atmosphere among the employees.
