It was a virtual process. They gave about 5 questions for you to answer and they were all behavioral. They allowed you to redo the video answering one extra time in case you messed up in your responses. they aren’t able to see your non submitted responses

I originally applied for a position in the beauty department, but I didn’t get a second interview because I “don’t wear makeup.” That’s a personal choice, and it doesn’t reflect my ability to sell products or my knowledge of beauty brands.
