Interview
It was more of a get to know you interview. Very frank and straight to the point. I like the fact that you get the opportunity to be interviewed by everyone of particular interest to your area because these are the people who you will be working with.

Where do you see your self in the future working for Target?
Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. Of those 2 interviews one is typically conducted at the store level then one will be conducted at the district level before extending a job offer.

About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
