I was asked to come in to meet with the store manager and then met with the Starbucks manager on a later date. They hired me and I completed onboarding for a day before starting behind bar.

Very chill and easy, video interview - get plenty of time to plan out your answer and like three tries for each question if you need to record again - you can find the questions on Reddit in order to like practice them before actually recording yourself

Tell me about a time you were able to understand someone else’s viewpoint that differed from your own. Describe the situation, your actions, and the outcome
Applied online and was called in for an in person interview with the team lead of the target location that was applied for. Afterwards I did a screening online in which had about 20 questions for me to fill out
I submitted an application and they interviewed me over a video call. The interview was fairly easy and relaxed. Seemed like they just wanted to get a feel for my personality
