Interview
After applying, you might get a phone call in which you will be asked to do a phone interview immediately. If yes, you are transferred to a manager who will ask you basic questions on the spot. If they like you, you will be signed up for a face-to-face interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes where a different manager asks similar questions and elaborates on your previous answers (they have them written down in front of them).

Question 1
What experience do you have in a retail environment?
It was two interviews. The first one was a recorded interview for 15 minutes and the second interview was in person. The questions were very similar. It is common questions that they would ask for being in retail.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
