Interview
Positive phone interview process. Average difficulty. More of a conversation than getting drilled. I would interview with them again, even though I didn't get pushed forward to the next round. She went over the the benefits with me as well, which sounded great and really explained the position well.

The interview included many situational questions as well as background questions.
