Very easy interview online pretty self explanatory. Questions are not difficult very quick process. This is on the online interview, which is the process target uses now. Very fast and effective.

Was open interviews and I was offered the opportunity after two rounds. It was a smooth process and did not take long. After the 2nd round I was called in the room
initially you answer some personality indicating questions, then a lot of behaviorial questions if they like what they see they will send a link to do a recorded interview where you submit your own responses and can re-record them as well . super easy but super lengthy.
