First stage was a phone screening where they asked mainly about my experience, then had a two stage interview in person with the direct line report and then with the CMO

How many years experience do you have in project management
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL)
Interview
1st round = HR screen
2nd round = hiring manager round
3rd and final round = 3 30 min interviews, one of which was with the hiring manager again, 2 of which were with partners
interview process was okay, asks a lot of basic information on previous employers, experience and what you are able to do. All in all, wasn't very hard. Heard back quickly too which was nice
