Interview
I applied online, and about 2 weeks later I got a call for an interview. Target is all about BEHAVIORAL interview questions,so you must prepare for them and have real-life examples ready to share of the top of your head. If you do this, and have the desired experience and availability, then your chances of receiving the job offer, is almost guaranteed. You will be interviewed twice, and the second interview will contain the same questions as the first along with a couple of different ones. After the second interview, they compare notes and decide and make an offer on the spot and then it's off to drug testing! My advice is to never under estimate the power of preparation and practice.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had to interact with customers
It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
