Interview
I applied online and got a call back three days later for an interview. The interview was scheduled for the following week.
When I got there, they had me fill out a questionnaire where you had to chose the best answer and worst answer for a set of "what would you do in this situation" type questions. Then I was interviewed first by a team leader. Then I was interviewed by a manager. Then I was asked to do another questionnaire (which I believe was the same one that you do when you apply online).
The interviews were pretty laid-back. I usually get nervous in interviews, but I didn't with this one.
I got the perception that everyone got along pretty well, and they all seemed to be content working there.
Some advice I would offer future candidates is to eat beforehand! I don't know if they usually take that long for interviews, but I was there for around 2.5-3 hours. I was starving! Also, be sure to present yourself as a very fun and friendly person. They really like that.

Tell me about a time when you quickly helped someone.
The interview were very straightforward and the atmosphere was relaxed. I spoke with a shift lead and then the HR manager. The questions were typical and there was some discussions.
This was a few years ago, but I just went in and spoke with the manager in their office. Very casual and quick interview. Only 1 interview was required which was nice!

It was very quick and I was hired on immediately. I was a college student going to TAMU Galveston at the time. The team was pretty easy going but just not there to help me grow as an individual.
