The interview process was long and full of questions.It is always hard to change careers. You spend X years of your life focused on expanding your career in a particular field, and then suddenly you are switching to a completely new field, with new people, new work and new experiences. Even if the job is somewhat related, new careers are still new careers, and that means that you have to do your best to adapt.
About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
