Interview
I applied online via the Target Careers website. I was contacted by a recruiter within a week. We had an initial conversation for about 15 -20 minutes and set up a time later in the week to talk for an hour. The hour long screening involved situational based questions. After that I was set up to interview via phone with a District Team Leader who was filling in for the Store Team Leader. That interview was about an hour and was situational based questions again. Between that interview and my next interview, I was required to complete an online survey/test. That took about an hour to finish. My second interview was via video teleconference with a District Team Lead. It lasted about an hour and 10 minutes. Again it was situational based questions but salary was brought up at the end. My final interview was a week later with a Senior HR Manager and lasted about 45 minutes with situational based questions and the opportunity to ask my own questions about the job. I recieved an offer in two days after that.
Throughout the process everyone was very kind and accomodating. I live across the country from where I was interviewing and they worked around my schedule.

About 30 minutes long. Ask behavioral based questions. I would strongly recommend that you come up with 5 really great past work/school situations that you are proud of and find a way to use those examples in any of your answers. Also be sure to always have a tangible outcome for every answer.
