Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

After applying, I reveived a call the next day. I was asked to come in for an interview, but it had to be scheduled a week out. After completing that interview I was invited to a 2nd interview, which was another week out. I was hired for the position following orientation, which was another week out.

It was a very rigorous process which spanned 2 hours and had me seeing several different members of management who asked many questions about past experiences as they relate to problem solving and effectiveness in the workplace. The interviewers were very friendly and the environment was positive.
