Target Store Director interview questions

Long process. First a screen with a recruiter, then a formal interview with the recruiter, then district director (and HR), then market director (and market HR), and finally group VP plus group HR. I was one of the last candidates asked STAR format questions so I won’t bother adding them here. Overall, I was disappointed with the process. I know I did well on the STAR based questions as I have been through the process multiple times before. The recruiter seemed to question my interest level and I’m not sure why. Either way, it left a sour taste in my mouth and wonder whether something else was at play. I’ve read a lot about their alleged age discrimination and I wonder if that was at play here.

Unprofessional, camera turned off mid interview, felt my lengthy experience was not up to par with his standard. The dm was rude and condescending. Terrible experience over all. I was turned off how u professional the dm and hr were to me come from external. I would think that a company with such amazing standards would give everyone a fair shot. And turning off your camera mid interview is not.
