A very informal interview. Asked a few questions and about any previous experience. I had none and was fine. The gave a tour of the store and introduced me to team leads. Was offered the job on the spot.

Drawn out over two weeks. Less than 30 minutes face time in the first interview, 30 minutes face time in the 2nd interview with an ETL (same day/consecutively). The front desk receptionist was nice, and the customer service team helped me know where to go for my interview process.
