First round was a get to know you & your skills 2nd round was a face to face with all the Team members you would be working with. They ask a few number of question that they already have in the list. IT Lead will question you about the Tech skills, which if you are a senior and know your work will be easy to answer if you clear the 2nd round 3rd round will be meeting the Director which basically means you got the job and they are touring you the office and person who you will be working with.
