We were not informed it would be a group interview with 15 people or that we would be seeing the GM that day. Half the people left before their interview after waiting 4+ hours. I was there for 8 hours waiting to be seen. Once seen the GM made assumptions about me based on my age or other factors that shouldn't be relative to the position. While I understand he had a long day of interviews by he time he got to me 8 hours later, That's part of his job where as I sat there for 8 hours to be insulted about the assumptions he made of me without any clue as to how incorrect he was.
