      QA Specialist Interview

      Sep 9, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at TaskRabbit (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2017

      Interview

There was an initial phone screen and then a google hangout which the interviewer was at least 15 minutes late to. Both went well. I was invited on-site for an interview and while trying to schedule it and going back and forth with my point person, I was sent a canned rejection email. I find this extremely unprofessional. I understand that sometimes there are other people further along in the pipeline that are a better candidate but do not set up expectations you will not follow through on.
