Applied directly on TaskRabbit careers. Took 3.5 weeks to receive an email from the recruiter for initial phone call & review of compensation/start dates. Then 1 additional week to meet the Hiring Manager for a quick talk. Mostly social. Then 2 additional weeks before I get to be interviewed by 5 folks, including the HM. Then waited about 1 week to receive an email advising they were looking for different skills. My recommendation is my skills could have been assessed by the recruiter & HM during the first conversations, instead of the two pleasant & social connects we had together -- more than 5 hours of interviews and 2+ hours of prep was spent with TaskRabbit.
