Overall, a very efficient process. Recruiter was very efficiency-oriented, and supported in getting interviews scheduled very quickly and effectively. There were some miscommunications with the recruiter about schedule availability, but they were sorted out fast.
Overall, there were 4 rounds: recruiter screen, 1:1 with hiring manager, case study (which was not used/referenced anywhere else in the recruiting process), and functional final round (about 5-6 interviews back-to-back, over 2 days).
