The whole interview process was a joke. The recruiter scheduled a 30 min interview, and was trying to directly correlate tools to years of experience I have in the tool and said they would be scheduling a technical interview with Hiring Manager.
The HM was accommodative in the beginning, Later on, they didn't let me complete even a sentence and didn't believe what I said, made annoying faces, didn't ask any technical questions related to the role. And made a personal remark that they were FORTUNATE enough to not work for the company I was working for. That people of my company do not learn new things. This was uncalled for!
I feel fortunate to not work for these kind of managers. They claim to be the "4th Best Companies for Women ", though some of the employees are a classical example of male chauvinism.
p.s, I work for a fortune 500 company.
