      Customer Support Supervisor Interview

      Mar 14, 2023
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TaskRabbit in Nov 2022

      Interview

Made it to the 3rd round and the interviewing did not seem interested in the presentation that I spent time creating. I was scheduled for a 45-minute interview, when I got the invite it was shortened to 30 minutes and then once I was in the interview he gave me 5 minutes to go through my presentation. Felt like I wasted my time.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TaskRabbit in Nov 2024

      Interview

First round: Video chat with recruiter to cover some general screening questions before scheduling a second interview. Second Round: Video interview with Customer Support Manager. Thorough screening for qualifications and culture fit. Interviewer gave good insight into TaskRabbit's support department and processes, and did a great job of answering my followup questions . Both interviewers were a pleasure to meet with!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TaskRabbit in Oct 2024

      Interview

The interview process at TaskRabbit was thorough, spanning four stages over the course of a month. It began with an initial conversation with the recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a peer. Afterward, I was asked to complete and present a case study to a panel, which included the manager I had previously interviewed with. After the presentation, I was informed that the process would take a bit longer, and eventually received the news that I did not land the job. Although the recruiter offered the opportunity to receive feedback upon her return from vacation, I never received a follow-up after expressing interest, which was somewhat disheartening.
