Interview
First I applied online and uploaded my resume' and then I received the customary email thanking me for applying. I then, within two days, received an email inviting me to a phone interview. It was really matter a fact and quite fun! I thoroughly enjoyed it in comparison with most interviews with the same questions from company to company. They put you at ease and allow your personality to come out!! At the end of the interview they afford you the opportunity to ask questions and you find out if you're going to be invited to a face to face interview and to lookout for the email invite. Schedule your far to face interview and either take your assessment at home or the day of your interview. And, the first assessment is not 180 questions long....it's like 20 max. Then you take a typing assessment that's 1 min long (30 wpm needed with 90% accuracy and I didnt know there would be further assessments and forgot my reading glasses😥) Then the wait begins...all of 12hrs 😁 Got the call that I've been offered the position! Yay!

Question 1
What was a call that was escalated and what steps did you take to resolve their issue?
At first it was a breeze, some assessments then an initial interview and sample practical experience of what will be happening on the job (I was shown a telco account to be reviewed for 5 minutes then a mock call). I was then referred to a final interview in which the waiting time took so long + lunch break. The final interview was smooth though and the interviewer was kind. I received an email about the LOB, setup, salary package, and was required to answer the campaign specific assessment. After completing it, I did not received any more feedback or response. They left me hanging. A simple email even if it's a rejection would be better, but I did not hear from them since.

Almost everyday they conduct interviews via zoom and they also offer work from home jobs that is more relevant today. Gives so much opportunity to those who are far from the offices, less hassle for commute.
Easy, come in confident and willingness to learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Very chill process, discuss how your prior experience is relevant to the position. Recruiters are kind and want to know more about YOU and how you are a good fit for the company.
