I had interviews with two members of their team. They were both very pleasant and professional. Then I get an automated message saying they were not moving ahead with my application, which is fine. I just think that, after two interviews, a personal message would make this company’s recruiting process look so much better.

Personal questions unrelated to the nature of the job posting were asked of me. One exec overshared his unpleasant exp with his current EA of whom he is in fact replacing. So many red flags.
