I applied in-person. I interviewed at TaskUs in Aug 2022
Interview
I passed the initial interview and I still yet have to pass the assessment before I can proceed with the final interview.
The initial interview went smoothly. The interviewer is kind, she will give you time to think of your answers but she is also very technical with the language and your communication skills so try to avoid "fillers" such as uhm, and try to always answer the questions in English.

Question 1
Since I don't have any bpo experience yet, they asked me these;
What is BPO? What is the role of an agent?
Relate any of your previous experiences to customer service and why do you think that that experience is an advantage to being a CSR in their company?
At first it was a breeze, some assessments then an initial interview and sample practical experience of what will be happening on the job (I was shown a telco account to be reviewed for 5 minutes then a mock call). I was then referred to a final interview in which the waiting time took so long + lunch break. The final interview was smooth though and the interviewer was kind. I received an email about the LOB, setup, salary package, and was required to answer the campaign specific assessment. After completing it, I did not received any more feedback or response. They left me hanging. A simple email even if it's a rejection would be better, but I did not hear from them since.

Interview
Almost everyday they conduct interviews via zoom and they also offer work from home jobs that is more relevant today. Gives so much opportunity to those who are far from the offices, less hassle for commute.
Easy, come in confident and willingness to learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Very chill process, discuss how your prior experience is relevant to the position. Recruiters are kind and want to know more about YOU and how you are a good fit for the company.
