I applied with TaskUs in late March, and received an email for an interview about a week later. I got ready for my interview which was going to be over Zoom. My interviewer did not show up on the Zoom call, instead she called me after waiting about 10 minutes to tell me she was having technical issues and we would just have the interview over the phone, no big deal. She asked me two questions before we were disconnected. I texted her after waiting a few minutes for a call back and about 15 minutes later she texted back, saying her phone was messing up and she had another interview after me and if I would like to reschedule. I didn't really understand how you could have technical issues but proceed with your interviews as normal or attempt to. I rescheduled my interview for 3 days later, spoke with her, and she emailed me the tests I had to take and send back with my scores. I sent the scores about an hour later, and never heard back from her. A little disappointed with my interview experience as I have heard great things about TaskUs. I still get emails to apply for open positions but I feel I definitely dodged a bullet.
