I was approached by the polite recuirter for an initial screening by phone. Then I was asked to complete various online assignments in my free time, including a language proficiency test in my languages of work, computer proficiency test including a typing test, a personality questionnaire, and lastly a resiliency test, given the nature of the job. I was then proceeded to an interview by video. The interviewer was friendly and reassuring.

Had a scheduled initial interview conducted online and the interviewer was late. I joined the meeting room five minutes before the scheduled time and waited for the entire interview duration before leaving. I sent an email asking them about this and they asked if I was able to join, to which I said I did. They did not explicitly say if I should reenter the meeting room or if the interview was going to still proceed. When I responded to their question, they said that there might've been a technical problem and that I should join again. Once I joined back in, they told me to wait a while because they were interviewing another candidate. They did not even bother to apologize for being late to the interview. The technical problem they mention shouldn't be possible since I joined the meeting room using the link they provided.
