Interview
First is the CV based shortlisting, then GD in grps of 15 each for 15 minutes and that is followed by a 15-20 minutes Personal interview. On the panel is a HR and one person from the business side. The topic for GD is of generic nature and also the questions asked in the interviews are more towards HR than technical or business domain. Having knowledge about the company does help in the process . The selection from the GD id mainly made on the basis of ones input.
It was a pretty chill process and the hr was also very good and asked me only basics and much about me and why I want to do this internship at tata capital and why in jamshedpur.
Was technical and a bit tough, market knowledge and understanding is important. Importance of holistic approach is impactful. Answers should be in detail followed with explanation.

2) GD: In this round a topic was given related to the economy. The affect of pandemic in a macro scale. And how it will affect the mission and goals of the country in the next 5 years.
