Process was stressful but relevant questions were asked and also you looked at confidence level of each individual. Describe yourself in 3 words, asked for situation where I have handled stress, team management, preferred city etc
CV SHORTLISTING after that aptitude Test and then 2 personal Interview and then final results announced for the final selection from this process. aptitude means psychometric test and then final round interview
