Tata Chemicals interview questions

One to one discussion, 2 rounds of interview, testing process & experience on the process, took 1 hour for first round and 10 minuts for 2nd round. HR round happened over phone. It happened in Aug 2006

It was a Two stage interview process - first with line manager and HR manager followed by a discussion with managing director. The place of interview was purposely kept away from corporate office. The interview was more in form of free flow discussion than a structured format. Overall it was a good experience.
